Order Acceptance Policy
Clothingunlimited.com.au reserves the right to accept or decline any order at their discretion, and as such, the receipt of any order form does not signify acceptance of an order. Furthermore, clothingunlimited.com.au also reserves the right to supply, without any prior notice, a quantity less than that which has been ordered.
Any orders placed are subject to a pre-approval process regarding acceptable payment options. Our credit and fraud department reserves the right to request additional ID verification before orders are accepted. Because clothingunlimited.com.au is essentially a reseller, orders from wholesalers, exporters, and dealers cannot be accepted.
Liability
Clothingunlimited.com.au does not accept liability for any damages or loss which is a result of this website or any other websites links which may appear on this site. Clothingunlimited.com.au also reserves the right to decline any order should they deem it to be necessary. In the event that an order is cancelled, clothingunlimited.com.au will make every attempt to contact the buyer, using the contact details which have been provided. Furthermore, full payment will be refunded using the same payment method as was used when the buyer submitted payment.
Delivery
Please be advised that delivery times provided on the clothingunlimited.com.au website are estimated times only, and as such, we will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss resulting from late deliveries. Additionally, should clothingunlimited.com.au not have sufficient stock to fulfil an order, part-deliveries can be arranged. In that case, clothingunlimited.com.au will make every attempt to notify you by means of the contact information you've given us. Lastly, please make absolutely certain that you've provided the correct address, as clothingunlimited.com.au can under no circumstances be held responsible for delivery addresses which have been incorrectly entered.

In the event that warranties are offered, you are advised that such warranties are being offered by the manufacturers rather than by clothingunlimited.com.au
Pre-orders
Clothingunlimited.com.au will not charge for pre-order items before the day they are shipped. Multiple item orders which include pre-order items will only be dispatch once the pre-order items are ready.
Returns
- Items being returned will only be accepted in an "as new" condition complete with tags attached.
- Items which are faulty will be subject to the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.
- Special return offers are only applicable to individuals.
- Due to current health regulations; underwear doesn't qualify for any refunds or exchanges.
Cancellation of orders
Clothingunlimited.com.au will allow cancellations only prior to goods being dispatched. In the event that you cancel your order after items have been dispatched, clothingunlimited.com.au reserves the right to decline your request. Alternatively, if we are still able to request a return from the relevant delivery service, a cancellation fee may be imposed.
Typographical Errors
Clothingunlimited.com.au reserves right to cancel orders which are placed for goods listed with the incorrect price, or any other incorrect information resulting from a typographical error on the manufacturer's behalf. Should such an order be cancelled after payment has been received, clothingunlimited.com.au will issue an immediate refund to your credit card account.

Returns Policy
Should you receive any items with which you are not 100% satisfied, you are welcome to return them to us within fourteen days, providing the item/items are in the same condition as when they were received. In the event that replacement goods are sent, they will be shipped free of charge.
Please be assured that clothingunlimited.com.au is committed to customer satisfaction, but unfortunately, due to health regulations, we are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds for any underwear which has been ordered.
